  i have the video, finally, of the city overseer perjuring himself.

  in it, he denies wt publications, refuses to read wt articles and quotes claiming they come from "apostate" websites, etc.

  it is about 10 minutes long.

Pseudo scholar Jonsson has based his entire hypothesis on the seventy years in order for his Neo-Babylonian chronology particularly his fuzzy understanding of Jeremiah 29:10. Because the whole religion is based on a fauly interpretation and ruins families. Thats why. :The fuzzy date of 609 is of no help because it represents nothing of worth in history. What, so you need to invent something of worth so you can claim that every one who does not listen to you will be destroyed by God? Thats baloney. Tor

  i just found out today (from my sister) that crooklyn will not be making any more bound volumes of the watchtower or awake magazines after this year------instead, they're all going to be on audio tape only.

  she does not have a computer so i generously

  i think this could very well be yet another tactic of the gb trying to keep a lid on their "embarassing" quotes of yesterday.

  Don't believe me? ; Ask an elder why new people *must* have a "personal bible study" ;and cannot join the religion simply by studying on their own.

  It all comes down to information control.

  Yes, but even Jesus had to teach his followers. They have to make sure you are getting it.

  The material evidence as you put it is very much open to interpretation and only leads to faulty methodology which in turn leads to contradictory results.

  Has the WTS ever had contradictory results using their celebrated methodology Scholar?
