i've looked at some old threads and see that there must be letters & meeting attendance.
well they won't stop you from attending Kingdom Hall public meetings. However, they will not let you attend any private meeting with him to discuss his reinstatement.
ironically if it were the opposite and you were the man.. they would want you there.. a husband is allowed to be in the presense of a meeting with elders and IF he is a witness, he is required or they can't meet with the woman privately..

I have a WWII paratrooper uniform, so again this year I'll be a Nazi hunter! Going to decorate my house a bit more this year than last year, I have my fog machines and lights all ready to go.

we've all had our years of looking through other's windows at Xmas trees....
that is why I always make sure my tree is near a window.. so now when people drive by my place.. MY home is one of the places with a beautiful Xmas tree...
I'm looking forward to it .. however Im thinking to Halloween right now.. i was costume searching the other day...
let me begin by saying that i never expected to even talk about my situation let alone discuss it on the internet but i guess im just feeling so sad that i must hope that someone will understand and give me encouragement...so here it goes.. .
but the more active i got, the more abusive my stepmother became.
ironically, he sent my stepmother to the wedding.
my heart goes out to you. So many have family cut off from them. My mother until recently has had nothing to do with me for years... and i'm not even Dfd or DAd.. but she says I should be, so years ago cut me off. She has had little or no contact with my sister for 20 yrs (she was dfd). Its a horrible thing this thing in the name of religion does to families. My mom recently contacted me wanting to see me and my sister and brother. She said now that she is in bad health, she thinks it is ok with the elders. I dont' know if it is, or if tomorrow I'll be outright shunned again.
but I know how you feel.. Sometimes we can have replacement family.. others that enter our lives that we can love.. it helps a little.. even if it isn't the same.
And you have a family with us here..
