Canada Branch Finances - What's Going On?
by berrygerry inan update on the canada branch hasn't been made (i think).. year-over-year, canada's equity decreased by 11 million in 2012, 17 million in 2013.. however, the 2014 report shows a huge increase (20 million) in the cost of "purchased supplies.
" with the shrinkage of the mags, and the push to online, how the heck did this go from 39 million to 58 million?.
even with this number, the equity in 2014 went down by a staggering 56 million.. what the heck is going on?.

Does The Governing Body Have Enemies At Bethel?
by Brokeback Watchtower ini would think that a lot of resentment is building up for these for these guys at bethel even though it may not be discussed openly for fear of being abused by the gb in some way.. any way looking at their personality and the extreme phoniness of rubber mouth/face lett, and am#3, and the chicken shit coward leosch who won't even show up in court when subpoena'd to defend his faith or policies, and i'm sure they have many more undesirable traits that repel people instead of attract and that has to work its toll on relationships they have at bethel.. and this shunning thing i'm sure must really erk some at god's house and while they may not be free to voice their discontent i feel it must be building because these guys are complete nincompoops when it come to reality and the only way they know how to give direction is with fear and guilt which i'm sure is rubbing a lot of people the wrong way.. and let not forget the issues that are raise when they stole all the congregations savings and the pledge drive for more cash, ban on higher education, lawsuit pay out and etc.... what is this doing to the relation ship they have with legal and accounting i see trouble brewing right thier in the spiritual pair of dice..

I would think that the average Bethelite could not have any impact.
There must be a layer of insulation - and the higher-ups are either full-in, or at least more concerned with being trapped, and unable to do a real job in the real world.
Not too many Barbaras out there (sadly).

More Chinese quick-build techniques developed
by fulltimestudent inan american web-site, green builder media, reports a new chinese development in the use of 3d very fast building techniques.. in one project, winsun (yingchuang construction technique), used their technology to create and build the home in, what they say, was less than 24 hours.
in another project (last year) using last year, using " four huge 3d printers, yingchuang new materials inc. was able to print the shells of 10 one-room structures in 24 hours and at a cost of only about $5,000 per building.
the buildings had to harden at the factory and then be transported and assembled on site.".

Why did Jesus come to earth? Invite to a DC
by Simon ini just had an invite to a district convention later this month in calgary (i guess they get to clean up the saddledome before the stampede, lol).. they gave me a leaflet asking "why did jesus come to earth?
" so i asked them "so why did he come?".
"well, he came to save us".

I just had an invite to a district convention later this month in Calgary (I guess they get to clean up the Saddledome before the Stampede, LOL)
Went in '04 after the Flames' late playoff run.
The floors were disgusting. Dress shoes would stick because of all the pop and beer on the floor.
Brought my own cleaning fluid and paper towels for the Saturday and Sunday to clean the floors.

- today being just over 40 years since the congregation's retards elders made me abandon my apprenticeship.. (in this part of the world, the pre-1975 hype was taken to that level.
not being content to prevent young persons attending university, they went one step further and treated with hostility any youngster who would "tie up five years of their lives" by entering into an apprenticeship.

having a dark night of the soul
by Miss Behaving ini'm writing this here because i need someone to talk to, and you're the only folks i know who will understand.
most of the time i think i'm a pretty happy and together person, but lately, i'll see something that reminds me of my family and i'll spontaneously start crying.
i miss them so much and my heart keeps breaking, and even though i have kind people i work and volunteer with, i feel so incredibly lonely sometimes.

I find that the random chance of our own intelligence, AND the incomprehensibleness of evolved emotions, renders the impossibility of a greater power hard to defend.
If indeed, there is a greater being, it is also impossible to believe that he/she is the biggest asshole ever, who has arranged the scenario proffered by WTS (and other religions) to destroy and/or torment those of his/her children that are unwilling or unable to conform to whichever precise standard of conformity said religion requires.
(I am trying to work on my own determination - maybe I'll be the next LRH. Ka-ching.)
