This thread is funny for a number of reasons, most I will keep to myself. However, it is interesting how the pro-global warming persons seem to immediately disregard and attack the motives of the anti-global warming persons. The pros remind me of how the Dubs attempt to win arguements. Say something with enough bluster, and you will win, right?

The original "six screens" was a very impressive display at the convention Mouthy mentioned. Alot of pictures and odd stuff you would have forgotten or never came across, really a wealth of old literature.

I had the pleasure to me this guy in the video and his wife, Mouthy can verify, Right Ms. Doubtfire? Anyway this guy is pretty insightful, having toured and discussed in depth the Watchtower with some heavies from Brooklyn. What impressed me was his knowledge of the inner workings of Bethel.

He mentioned back in October something was in the works, I suppose this is it.

book: What the Bible Really Teaches - help

i have been told to study this book with a sister so that i may can be indoctrinatedadjusted according to bullshitaccurate knowledge.. i dont have this book, nor do i remember reading it, or studying it, just wanted a head's up from those of you who may have it, or know where i can read a copy of it online...any help is really appreciated.. thank you in advance!.

Im currently studying this book. Its the second time around with this witness. The first time was the magazine" what God requires" This book seems to be a little more subtle in the doctrine. But the false teachings are still very obvious.

Its very basic stuff. So refutation is still the same. They have no answer for what came down from heaven. And no answer for what Christ created and what Jehovah created. This is my third study and the common thread is I keep getting different answers for the same problems, which indicates the Jw really is not clear on how to handle questions that take them out of there comfort zone.

Which to me is the best way to make the witness think.

since evolution supposes that life and ultimately man who is at the top of the chain got here through a process of the fittest dominating and killing off the weaker, and since most modern evolutionists in democracies no longer think that this is good to practice, how do you deal with the fact that you are a living contradiction of your own belief since you pronounce the same thing both good and bad?
