    Porridge is an all-time classic. We have the series on DVD. It is amongst the best of British comedy.

    I remember going to the Straford Empire ,England., & laughing so hard at the two Ronnies.

    He will be remember for the joy he gave to so many Good night Ronnie. & Thanks for the memory

    yup funny man...whenever im texting, im-ing, or chatting on puter...and i answer the question before the question just asked...i always remember the two ronnies doing mastermind...specialist subject---answering the question prior to the question just asked...i think they also did answering the question just before it is asked as a variation.....rofl

    does anyone else know that it was rumoured that he studied with jws in later life

    He will be missed. I loved watching the two ronnies as a kid. I rememeber him in Open All Hours "F..f..f..f....f....fff....... fig biscuits!" Im pleased they were able to get togther for the recent series they did showing some of their old sketches.

    What a sad loss to british comedy...remember Saturday nights watching 'The Two Ronnies' which was hillarious....the ultimate comedy duo.
