Yes, he is so preoccupied with literally counting the number of hairs of his loyal servants, that he sometimes loses track of the number of new cancer cells some of his servants happen to have. Therefore some of Jehovah's servants end up developing cancer. Still, they should rest assured that Jehovah is taking care of everything he can. It is also possible that sometimes it is one of Jehovah's angels and not Jehovah himself that either screws the job up or is temporarily prevented from fulfilling his duties by a demon angel.
