God it's been fun. I found this site and my whole life changed. For that I have to say thank you to Simon, I owe a great deal to the man for creating this place. I remember reading so many people's writing that appealed to me and taught me so much. One thing I learned so long ago is none of us is a great as all of us, and man talk about some great people.
Then as time went on, I found myself commenting and even posting beside these guys (and gals), encouraging people coming out of the Org, trying to help them along. Funny how the rogue spirits that made them so great at challenging the mindsets ingrained in JW's also at times put them at odds with some of the things that allowed them to be at their best...the forum itself. We can talk about people all we want, but in the end it is what we see that we judge. I see a lot of talent that could benefit our cause leaving out of protest or out of disagreements of another nature. I don't know what it will mean in the long term for what I call our purpose, maybe it's not our purpose, but it is mine. I want to help as many people as I can. Could I do that here...yes, and I hope in some way to continue to do so, but it will not be with the name I am known by now I am quite certain. But there comes a point where you have to shout "hey, something is wrong", and let it be known you notice and you are concerned, perhaps for the greater good of those who come after you.
It is a sad day for me, this is the most difficult post I have ever pressed submit on, see you guys around.
