I don't have a 'steady' favorite food since I get sick of things so easily.

I'll go on food kicks from time to time. For a while I was eating nothing but steak. Then I moved to Caesar salad. Then to Italian meatball subs. Then to chicken parmigiana.

It varies from week to week. When my body craves a certain food I wear it out until I can't stand the sight of it.

My ultimate favourite has got to be roast beef, home made Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, veg and gravy but I'm such a foodie that I have a 100 other favourites.

Our lobsters are shipped all over the world!

You know P.E.I is famous for a few things: Anne Of Green Gables, Potatoes, The longest bridge in the world, and Lobsters!!

I forgot all about pot roast. That's something that I never get sick of, especially when it's slow roasted in broth and herbs with lots of veggies. You know it's done when you can pull it apart with a fork.

    I'm hungry.
