I wanted to post about some of the benefits we have here:
Health Insurance
Dental
8 Paid Holidays and 20 "Personal" days that can be used for vacation, sick, or whatever you want.
Life Insurance
Short Term disability
Long Term disability
401K + matching
Pension (Yes, both a 401K and Pension together)
That sounds ok. 20 days is not so much, but ok.
401K is that 401K$ a year? That is a lot better then I did before. My last assignment was for only 60$/h.
I have all the qualifivations, but they would be not be very happy with an illigal alien I think.....

This is a popular retirement savings plan here in the US. With this you can save money tax deferred until you retire (then you pay the tax on what you use).
