Any chance of a 'fest in November in Dallas?
Sparkplug will be doing a diabetes walk then, and I would really like to do it too (http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/6/93571/1.ashx).
So... how about it? Anyone else willing to join the diabetes walk can too. And those who don't want to walk can have a nice cold beer waiting for the participants when they get back :D

Now ya'll this is a big thing, and I am willing to host a lil do hicky thingy after. My house is humble but it is home and the beer or milk...whatever your age, is cold!!
I am in and this should be so very fun. Maybe Nina and Chris will get to come. ((huggs to Nina and her ill)) Little kids walk this walk too by the way.

I had so much fun meeting all you beautiful people in Feb., and hanging with my bff Country Goil. Keep us posted with the details, and I'll do my best to get down there.
I think that November 5th is the date of the Diabetes walk. I have a team through work. We are still setting up our page. Give me a day and I will find out if it is ready yet. The pres of our chapter was busy today, so I will hunt her down in the AM.
I really am looking forward to seeing you again Insomniac! We will find ways to cut corners. Start saving!

FMZ- I wouldn't miss Dwayne for the world! I'd never seen the dude before in my life, and he just sat down next to me and started doing a crossword puzzle with me, chatting up a storm. For a naturally shy girl like meself, it's nice when someone else does all the talking for a bit.
So far I've saved $50. Not a bad start, given it's only been one day of saving.
Tell me when and where!! I will plan on it. HL
