Why do you think Jesus waited until he was 30 years old before he was baptized? Afterall, he was the one teaching the teachers in the temple before he was a teenager, right? If we're supposed to model our lives after Jesus' life, why not wait to get baptized until we are in our 30's? What's the rush?
