As far as your relationships go, are you, or is your hubby a happy Huxtable or an Anxious and Aggravated Archie Bunker?

OK, I'll start. Me, I'm your typical Archie Bunker type, don't quite see the world thru those rosey colored glasses, a little twisted when it comes to relating wit' da' wife. I won't say who's the meathead and who's da' dingbat but...

The Huxtables were just too perfect a couple for me, they were always too happy to put up with one another. Just didn't match my reality. Now Archie B., he was everything I tried not to be, and one day I turned around and found so much of what his life reflected is somehow in me, regardless.

I enjoyed watching Bill Cosby, but, yeah...too perfect in every way. I got tired of his sweaters too. LOL

Hope your chair in the livingroom is nicer than Archie's, though.

    Man, I hate dichotomies.

    Well, let's see: Edith-Bunker-with-a-genius-IQ married to Cliff-Huxtable-on-acid.

Hey, how come there aren't any sitcoms about couples modeled on, oh, Wavy Gravy and Joan Baez?

Picture "donna" from That 70's Show, 25 years later... yup, that's me!

heheh, I even married Eric,,, of course, he was really too dull for me, so we got divorced long ago.
