Thank you. I'm certain I'm quite beyond it all now, except for a few clingons. In fact, I was hesitant to join this forum for some time and had to evaluate why I considered doing so. Did I want to so I could heal? Or was there another reason? I found that I was quite over it and just felt that I might be able to lend a certain perspective to others dealing with traumatic experiences.
