Well many stronger liquors are just distilled and concentrate forms of wine etc sherry and port and maderia and moscatel and brandy so they must be OK and beer is an older beverage than wine - just another plant produt that has been allowed to ferment so that is OK - all ar OK scripturally as far as I can see
