  If JW's don't help out, oh my god they don't help out.
  If they help other JW's, oh my god they only help their own.
  If they help non-JW's, oh my god they're tooting their own horn.

  Of course they're going to help their own first, just like you would help out your own family first and then if you have enough help others.
