I've been asked to speak about JW's

    Perhaps there would be more personal value in it for everyone if the emphases was somewhat on themselves.

    Can they in all honesty find similar negatives within their own belief system as in the Witnesses?

    I mean we wouldn't want a pot and the kettle thing.

    Hi Dave, well I guess the things I'm thinking most are the DFing policies and the overall experience of being raised a JW.

    DFing because as a kid I had to shun my own grandmother. I thought she and all my other family members that weren't JWs were all going to die anyday.

    The all over experience because I'm still dealing with it even though I was never baptized and have been out for a while now. If you're raised a JW you're taught to distrust everyone who isn't a JW, not question any JW, relish persecution, hate the world, and be afraid of everything.
