You really are arguing about a definition and description of evolution that no scientist or science is claiming pal. You are refuting a view on evolution that nobody is promoting.
I'm not sure if you are saying that this is your understanding/description of evolution or someone else's you have come across. Either way it is irrelevant as nobody in science is claiming it.

What is your understanding of the scientific method? What is science? Who is science, who are scientists?
Before you state that this question is insulting or beneath you or irrelevant, in the context of you debating a view not held by science or a scientist, it could not be more relevant to appreciate what and who warrants your attention and precious time and energy.
