So you die before armageddon you get resurrected, you die at armageddon, you've blown it. Hmm.
It is what they believe but when you try to cheer them up at a funeral for a non believer by saying....well at least now he will make it into the"new system"? they just look at you as if you are some sort of as#$H**e.
Hey...It's not what I believe,it's what the WT teaches but they don't see it that way.
Matt 12:31 "On this account I say to YOU, Every sort of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the spirit will not be forgiven. 32 For example, whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the holy spirit, it will not be forgiven him, no, not in this system of things nor in that to come.
Russell's logic for this scripture was that, as the unbelievers were not led by the Holy Spirit, they couldn't sin against it's leading, therefore they would be forgiven and get to survive Armageddon, so the only ones really in the pooh were the annointed, as they were led by Hoppy Holy Spirit

Russell noted that "saved" came before coming "to an accurate knowledge", indicating that they survived too. The New World Bible Translation Committee noticed that too and had to insert "sorts of" to save Boozerford's genocidal Armageddon.
There is also a couple of problems with the Second Death scenario. If you get your beans at armageddon, you have only died once. How can you go into the Second Death when you haven't had a first one? If you survive armageddon but then sin against holy spirit, how can you go to the second death when you haven't had a first one?
Does the Second Death thing mean that everyone has to have a death and a resurrection sometime? including faithful Jaydubyas?
