The beauty of this collective approach is the silent erosion it produces. If enough people
do this ( and more and more are!), the whole leadership becomes agnostic about their
own organization. They turn in field service but are they actually going out? They talk
about how great the organization is but is that what they really think?
Like Saddam Hussein - and countless other dictators - they can't tell what's real and
what's fake. The sycophants tell them things are good - but where did the contributions
dissappear to?
