Nos....just out of curiousity, did you not eat rare steak because of the blood issue? Was this your parents idea or yours? I'm asking because this was never an issue among dubs that I recall....at least in my neck of the woods.
I like mine rare to medium rare. When I was young and my mom was cooking dinner and preparing steak, my dad would cut of a piece and eat it raw before she cooked it. I tried it myself and liked it. I did it a few times after I had grown and married till the e-coli info came out.
Anybody else out there had ever had raw steak? Yum yum!
