Who controls the lasers creating the hologram? And of what are they made?

This is all just pseudoscientific fantasy, wild speculation and conjecture.

What is reality? It is what it is.

After being in a religious cult for 25 years and now only put any confidence in ideas which have actual evidence to support them.

it all boils down to the idea that the universe springs from the mind of God - SBF

'God' is a placeholder for 'I don't have a clue'.

Yes indeed. Or another way of putting it, believing in God in some sense is an acknowledgement of the limits of human understanding. And to be clear, not just the things we do not yet understand, but that there are things we cannot understand.

Since a hologram is a three-dimensional image formed by the interference of light beams from a laser or other coherent light source, I cant see how the universe is a hologram.

Last time I stubbed my toe on the corner of my bedpost tells me that my bed isn't a refraction of light.

believing in God in some sense is an acknowledgement of the limits of human understanding.

Which makes the word 'god' utterly devoid of substance.

SBF: believing in God in some sense is an acknowledgement of the limits of human understanding.

    WTF?

How does "I don't know" mean "God did it!"?

That is an illogical non sequitur.

    JP,

This is all just pseudoscientific fantasy, wild speculation and conjecture.

I wouldn't call it "wild" speculation, just regular speculation brought on by a study of black holes.
