i think you can never leave behind what you were raised as, because being born into it, your starting point in life is the place where converts with wrecked lives aspired to be, so their worst case scenario is your 'base normality' so in that sense i think you can handle a lot more, because it started worse.
it's fair enough to say that maybe 'everyone is right'... maybe they are, it's just when they talk to me that they are wrong, because i am always right, ha ha ha.
i also think people judge people largly on their own level of comfort, what they are comfortable with as an individual, i hear so many people say 'i don't judge' 'who are you to judge' but people are very quick to pass judgement, even if it isn't verbally, we all do it, and i think it's mostly all down to what we are comfortable with.
