Well, timing is "everything" ... Win 2003 / AD will be here for quite some time I think as will .NET. SQL 2000 will probably be first for an update but I expect there will just be an upgrade exam with the new stuff.

I think the pace of change in IT needs to slow down a bit because people get weary with it. It's hard to imagine what else can be added to OS's as opposed to just re-dressing some things.

That's too cool, Simon! The introductory computer classes I took in school just about killed me, so I have an inkling of how tough your workload must have been. Kudos to you, and to Angharad- it's not easy living with a student, so she must love you a whole lot.

Yes M206 ... smalltalk (dunno where it get's marked though!)

I'm currently doing a 10 point course on security (T187) just to get started but will be doing M206, M263 & M358 next year (from Jan). I ordered the second hand books to get a bit of a head start and they seem straightforward (I just have to learn smalltalk but I use object orientated languages already).
