College student russians and wealthier russians definately have interent access, because I have been in roleplaying games with them in the past, but I doubt most do yet, apart from the local cybercafes they will go to.

I hope the Russians get the internet more easily available because it they have more time,, because the WT don't have such tight control of them they might have a lot break free. I know the WT always made a big deal out of how they were smuggling spiritual food across into these comunist lands. It stands to reason the Russian government is very concerned about the WT,, they do have at least that right. You never know the way the WT always critizes all religions and so they are getting back from religion some of what they have been serving, I see some fairness in that.
Hey maybe the Russian Orthodox use info on this site to give to the government to get them baned.
