Does anyone know the latest teachings of the Society on this?

If a disfellowshipped person dies before the geat tribulation, will they have "paid the price" for sin? Or will they never be resurrected?

my understanding is they will NOT be "eligible" for resurrection......hence....all the fear surrounding "disfellowshipping".........

If there is "new light" on this........I'd love to hear it........

The WTS is almost mute on this point. The only info that shows up under a search for "Disfellowship" and "Resurection" is the following:

    *** w77 6/1 pp. 347-348 Mourning and Funerals?For Whom? ***

It would seem that this distinction could even be observed in connection with the funeral of a disfellowshiped person. A Christian congregation would not want its good name besmirched by having it associated with any to whom 2 John 9, 10 applied, even in their death. But suppose a disfellowshiped person had been giving some evidence of genuine repentance and had been coming to the meetings and manifesting a desire to be reinstated in the congregation. Then, if the elders felt that it would not disturb the peace and harmony of the congregation nor bring reproach upon God?s people, there would be no objection to an elder?s giving a talk. How are they to know whether Jehovah has already forgiven him or not, since there is some evidence of repentance? Properly, the elders may have been waiting, wanting to make sure that his seeming repentance was sincere. Obviously, each case being different, it would need to be judged on its own merits. Of course, if a funeral talk is given, care would need to be taken not to dwell on personal matters nor to make any positive statements about whether he will be resurrected. But a fine Scriptural presentation and witness could certainly be given.

well, of course........let's use someone's TRAGIC DEATH to lure even more people into this sick cult.......

These people know NO shame.........they will use ANYTHING to drag more monetary "suppliers" into their oh so twisted organization.....

    This makes me wanna scream.....

How does the Society explain the resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous? When a person is disfellowedshipped, that person is now a member of the outside unrighteous world, hence, as an unrighteous person they are still in line for a resurrection. The Society does not address this.

Yet the WTS hypocritically criticises the Catholic church for much the same thing in the practice of indulgences and purgatory.

Our CO said the DFed will be ressurected. Thats why dfing is a joke. I have hear elders (also elders that were dfed eons ago) say that it does not matter if they df you now because when armegeddon comes Jehovah being infailable will uphold justice and spare you. So what in heck is dfing for logistics?

The paradise earth is purgatory with palm trees. You imperfect man gets 1000 years to work toward perfection and if not you are thrown with satan and his demons into the lake of fire. In laymans terms only a minority of the dead will no be in the paradise those in heaven and in theory those destoryed in gods wrath.SO the wts is using the ego of jws that do all this slaving for no reason against them.

The Bible says, Qouting their Bible, "For he who has died has has been acquited from his sin.";therefore, their opinion outside the scriptures don't mean a hill of beans, nor do their judges or elders. The Bible has nothing to say about the disfellowshipped after death. It is just the societie's Opinion and you know how much water that holds.

... and may you all have peace!

The teachings of the WTBTS? are false? in their entirety. They do not know of what they speak, for they do not know the One by whom resurrection takes place? nor are they known by him. They are false prophets and blind guides? ?shutting up the kingdom of the heavens before men,? for they themselves do not ?go in.?

Dear ones, there will be a resurrection... of the righteous... and the unrighteous: the righteous, to a resurrection of life; the unrighteous, to a resurrection... of judgment. This truth will be fulfilled, and the following depicts 5 groups who are affected by it, either directly, or indirectly:

    1. Group 1 - Those who ?belong to Christ,? who where "in union? with him when they died. These are one part of "the righteous" and will participate in the "first" resurrection? to SPIRIT bodies? which takes place when my Lord returns to "gather his chosen ones." It is these who, having been "baptized INTO Christ," are "acquitted of their sin," and thus "have no condemnation."

    2. Group 2 ? At the SAME time as those in Group 1 are resurrected to spirit bodies... another part of ?the righteous?? those who ?belong to the Christ? when he returns, who are ?in union" with him, but have NOT died... are changed... "ina twinkling"... to SPIRIT bodies. These never ?taste? death at all.

Both of these groups constitute my Lord?s ?sheep? and it is these of whom my Lord first spoke when he said, ?I am the resurrection and the life: he that has died will be brought back to life (Group 1), and he that has NOT died? will never die (Group 2). There is a second fulfillment, however, mentioned below.

Also, contrary to false WTBTS propaganda, these, are NOT made up of a small group numbering 144,000 only... which number is taken "from among the 12 tribes of Israel,"... but are combined together WITH "a great crowd"... from EVERY nation, tribe, tongue and people... so that TOGETHER... these, the "little flock" of Israel... and "other sheep" of the nations... become ONE FLOCK... having ONE shepherd... ONE God... ONE Lord... and ONE hope. TOGETHER... these "render sacred service" in the "temple" of God. They are the ones whom the 4 living creatures and 24 elders speak of when addressing my Lord, the Lamb, as they say:

?? and with YOUR blood? you bought persons FOR GOD? out of EVERY tribe and tongue and people and nation? and you made them to be a KINGDOM AND PRIESTS TO OUR GOD, and they are to rule as kings over (upon) the earth.?

It is for these TWO groups? Israel AND the Nations? which make up ONE? that the 12 were apostles "in all Judea and Samaria (Israel)" and Paul was... "an apostle... to the NATIONS." For although Israel, in total, was to become a "people for a special possession," by means of the covenant mediated by Moses at Sinai, their failure to keep such covenant, and subsequent rejection of the One who fulfilled it FOR them? resulted in their being rejected as such special people, and, alternatively, a blessing... to the NATIONS. But Israel is not rejected forever: indeed, ALL Israel? WILL be saved. But only a small number of Israel is called initially. The remainder of Israel remains rejected, their sensibilities ?dulled,? while the "FULL NUMBER" of the NATIONS are called to come in. Once that number, which NO man is able to number, is filled, God will turn His attention once again? to Israel? Abraham?s seed.

    3. Group 3 - Consists of those who were not "in union" with Christ, but have NOT died when my Lord returns and have shown themselves to be "Israel... on the INSIDE" by means of how they treated Christ's brothers. Because they SHOWED mercy, they are SHOWN mercy. These, too? are part of the RIGHTEOUS? ?sheep?? and as a result, part of those who never ?taste? death.

    4. Group 4 ? Consists of the ?goats?, those who are ?abandoned? by my Lord when he returns to gather his chosen ones. They are not dead, but are ?cut off?: they are not ?changed? into spirit bodies so as to be able to enter the spirit realm of New Jerusalem. Since flesh with its blood cannot enter, they remain in the earth, ?cut off? from entry into the City of New Jerusalem, and thus from the Tree of Life which has its origin, roots, in that City, due to their lack of union with Christ. They did not ?wash their robes? their unclean bodies of flesh with its blood? in the blood of the Lamb? and thus, remain ?unclean.?

    5. Groups 5 and 6 - Consist of (1) those, who, "when the 1,000 years have ended," are resurrected to LIFE, being granted to "come to life AFTER the 1,000 years have ended, by means of being given ?white robes? at that time and thus granted entry into the kingdom so as to be able to eat from the Tree of Life; and (2) those who... by reason of having no "covering" for their sins... are resurrected... to judgment and, ultimately, everlasting destruction.

(The 2nd resurrection is carried out when, after having brought all things ?into subjection?, my Lord hands the Kingdom back over to the Father... for judgment. At that time - which is AFTER the 1,000 years "have ended" - the Father will sit down on HIS throne - "the Court took its seat" - and He will be given two (2) sets of scrolls - "and books were given Him" - the first of which contains the deeds of "the dead", good AND bad; the second of which is the Lamb's Book... of life. Because the "wages"... or price... of sin... is death... and ALL have sinned... all SHOULD be judged and condemned. However, just like those who died "in union" with Christ "have no condemnation," those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book... will also have their sins... COVERED... BLOTTED OUT... of the scroll containing their [bad] deeds. Thus, all that remain are their GOOD deeds... for which they receive life, everlasting, by means of having their "unclean garments"? or physical flesh PUT OFF... and a CLEAN garment... or WHITE robe... a SPIRIT body... which is "INcorruptible"... put ON.)

    a. Group 5 consists of those who were not "in union" with Christ when they died... BUT... showed themselves to be "Israel... on the INSIDE" by means of how they treated others, including their "enemies"... and particularly Christ's brothers. These are like Rahab who, although of a people anathema to Israel, was, by reason of her FAITH... which faith was DEMONSTRATED by her hiding of the Israelite spies? saved her entire household. She "did good" to Israel and thus God, through Christ, did good to her and hers. Like Rahab, those of Group 4, although they died without being ?in union? with Christ (Rahab was not in the Law Covenant)? they SHOWED MERCY? and thus will be SHOWN mercy. These, too? are the RIGHTEOUS and are thus resurrected? to life.

    b. Group 6 consists of those who were not ?in union? with Christ when they died? AND showed themselves NOT be ?Israel? on the INSIDE? by means of how they treated others, including their enemies? and particularly Christ?s brothers. These, UNLIKE Rahab? showed a LACK of faith? as well as a lack of LOVE? and failed to show mercy. They did not have compassion, for their enemies, including Christ?s brothers; they did not forgive; they did not release. Rather, they judged and condemned? and so will be judged? and condemned. Because of their lack of LOVE? their names will not be found written in the Lamb?s Book. As a result, their sins are NOT covered over, blotted out? but remain? and they are judged? according to their bad deeds. Since the wage of sin IS death? and these have no covering for their sins? they are condemned BY their sins? and sentenced? to everlasting? destruction. These? are the UNRIGHTEOUS.

So, there are six (6) groups into which any of us may fall, the first four (4) of which take place BEFORE the 1,000 years commence:

Group 1 ? (Sheep; die) Those who died ?in union? with Christ? from Abel on? who are dead at the time my Lord returns. Constituting ?the first resurrection,? these will rise to? spirit bodies? at the same time as those in:

Group 2 ? (Sheep; do not die) Consisting of those who are ?in union? with Christ, but have NOT died? are changed? to spirit bodies. At the same time as these are changed, those in:

Group 3 ? (Sheep; do not die) who are not ?in union? with Christ, per se, are separated from those in Group 4 and granted entry into the kingdom of the heavens, as a result of being given white robes for having done good to Christ?s brothers. These, too, never die and as they are taken, those who belong in:

Group 4 ? (Goats; do not die, per se, but are destroyed) are ?abandoned? to the physical realm and ?cut off? from entry into the spirit realm. Their demise takes place, along with that of Magog, when they (Gog), having been mislead into coming against the Holy City (for purposes of breaching its walls and gates so as to gain entry, come to the Tree of Life so as to eat and live forever), are destroyed by fire from heaven. This is the fulfillment of the destruction of the ?heavens (Magog) and earth (Gog)? by fire? when the SPIRITS of Gog and Magog? are destroyed. Spirits do not die, but must be destroyed.

And the final two (2) groups, 5 and 6, both of which take place AFTER the 1,000 years have ended:

Group 5 ? (Sheep; died) Those who take part in the second resurrection, to God?s judgment (Day), where their sins are covered by means of having their names written in the Lamb?s Book, so that such ones are resurrected to LIFE.

Group 6 ? (Goats; die and are resurrected to be destroyed) Those who take part in the second resurrection, at God?s judgment (Day), but do NOT have their sins covered? and so are resurrection to JUDGMENT.

So, does one have any say so as to which groups one will ultimately fall into? Yes.

    1. Group 1 (Die; resurrected, 1 st ; co-rule as king/priest) ? Although God, through Christ, chooses by means of undeserved kindness (mercy), this can BE yes, in that once one HEARS such calling and choosing, one EXERCISES FAITH in what one hears? and one comes ?in union? with Christ, REMAINS ?in union? with him so as to follows the Lamb wherever he goes, one can ask? and receive. That is why there is no number for the nations. For if one is truly seeking God? by means of seeking Christ, hearing his voice and obeying it? such one will find God? and be found BY God, through Christ. However, it is the ?Christ? that anglo/western/psuedo-christian propaganda has contrived that one must seek? but that One as he truly is: the Way, the Truth? and the Life.

    2. Group 2 (Do not die; granted life; co-rule as king/priest) ? Same as Group 1, above.

The above, together, make up ?one? flock?

    3. Group 3 (Do not die; granted life; subject of kingdom) - Yes, by means of ?demonstrated? faith/love and God?s undeserved kindness (mercy), through Christ and his brothers. By means of their subjection to the kingdom (and not the ?bad? word ?subjection?), become part of the ?one? flock?

    4. Group 4 (Do not die; destroyed) - Yes, by means of NOT demonstrating faith/love. No mercy shown; none given.

    5. Group 5 (Die; resurrected, 2 nd ; subject of kingdom) ? Yes, by means of ?demonstrated? faith/love and God?s undeserved kindness (mercy), through Christ and his brothers. By means of their subjection to the kingdom (and not the ?bad? word ?subjection?), become part of the ?one? flock?

    6. Group 6 (Die; resurrected, 2 nd ; destroyed) -Yes, by means of NOT demonstrating faith/love. No mercy shown; none given.

"He that feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood... remains in union with me. For my flesh is true food... and my blood is true drink."

"I give you a NEW commandment: that you LOVE one another."

May all those wishing, thirsting? and with ears to hear? hear what the Spirit and Bride KEEP saying:

    ?Come! Take ?life?s water? free!?

Servant to the Household of God, Israel, and a slave of Christ,

    SJ

P.S. Disfellowshipping, erroneously instituted by Paul... is against the "law" of the Christ, which says, even of those who do not agree with you and listen to you, so that he or she becomes "like a man of the world/nations to you "...

"You must LOVE your enemies, and pray for them. You must be perfect, as your Holy Father... is perfect."

    Love... is the "perfect" law.
