Atleast they are over their collective denial of abuse and now are trying to look for a coping mechanizm. They remind me of the jw youth mantra "I'll move out when I get18, then I wont have to be a jw". This is a good thing and long as people don't get stupid with it.

I asked the 3 elders who conducted my bible study almost the same question, they replied "the most loving thing we can do is to bring the true word of god to our neighbour, this shows real love"
