There is not absolute sure way but one place to start is to send a registered letter to the congregation that has the territory you live in and demand strongly that your home be designated as DO NOT CALL in the territory.

Do you go from door to door, Scooby?
I take it is your suggestion to say those words to JWs that call? Might work. They would spread the word that either a demonized person or a crazy person lives there.
