    On my tombstone

    Deeply laquered

    These 3 words

    Just bleedin' knackered.

    Englishman.

When I die, dont bury me at all.

Just pickle my bones in alcohol.

On my chest, place a barrel of the best.

And tell my friends, I have gone to rest.

Well, when this question came up in the Build Your Own Theology class I took a couple years ago, I came up with:

    "She made room for happiness"

But now I'm inclined to quote my favorite poet:

"The delights of damnation will become more profound." -- Arthur Rimbaud

Don't forget W.C. Fields (my personal role model, and possible Savior).

"On the whole, I'd rather be in Philadelphia."

I don't want a Tomb Stone. I want people to remember me "alive"....not at a grave.

"I'd love to have your sore feet!"

    Or -

    The hoofbeats of a horse

    how witching and sweet

    is the music earth steals

    from those iron shod feet

    no whispers of love

    or singing of bird

    have moved me like hoofbeats

    of horses I've heard

When you lay me to rest

    the spot you must choose

    must ring to the rhythmn

    of iron shod shoes

    for under the daisies

    no grave be so deep

    that the hoofbeats of horses

    shall sound in my sleep

    or -

"The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out, in my stomach and out my mouth!!!"
