I go to Creative Memories scrapbooking retreats...............weekends. Last year, to my horror, I ran into a JW woman I've known since we were teens. She was nice and didn't condemn me. I just found out she will be at the one I'm going to in 3 weeks. Oh well. I will survive it. The funny thing is they are held at a Christian Woman's retreat location, sponsored by the church of the woman who organizes it.
What other "Meet Up's" have you been to beside Ex-JW?

I've been to a few Wiccan meet ups, and attend a paranormal research group. They're really interesting, but nowhere near as much fun as an apostafest!

I had a meet up once with a bunch of guys who wanted to ride the entire nyc subway system in record time. The meeting was pretty good however we could not agree on exactly what route we would take, so we never met up again.
