Believe me I can eat both...........but Valis can not have any steak. He will be too busy eating all of that chili. I guess he is going to be a chili tasting judge and the steak would interfer with that delicate task he has before him.
heehaw! Cowboy..we're thinking the last weekend of May. Son a better question is do you want to compete against me? IYou do live farther north than I do ya yankee! ALSO! have this friend of mine from Oklahoma that brings me the best steaks I ever tasted. And as much as I am loathe to use them for chilli I will turn his own yumminess against him! Mistake me not! *LOL* Shit man...you should take orders for anyone who wants some of the best tasting steak one ever had! Order the Cowboy cows now! They eat natuarl stuff and do math all day....divine bovines indeed...BTW Cowboy, they had a show on PBS tonight about the cow...I'll send you a link to it. It was the global perspective on the everything from the science of the cow to the global divinity of the bovinity..

BTW, if there are any Crawdaddies, still alive in May I will bring a cooler full , so all that are visiting from afar can have a taste of Louisiana. Dallas is so close to us only 3 hours , so they will still be warm, if not hot by the time we get there.
I almost forgot! If we wanted ny other grilled food we could probably do that by the big pool courtyard or in the parking garage...the Bradford is great for that and my room mate just bought a Fire & Ice grill....w00t!
