Those of you who would like to be picked up at the airport (and save that money for the poker game) should contact one of the above people for assistance. If the person you contact is unavailable to get you at the airport, THEY will contact one of the others for their availability. If and only if no one is available (which I seriously doubt), you will be contacted and advised accordingly.
