I know their have been many posts dedicated to this subject already and I apologize if this aspect has been handled before.

Apart from the many other absurdities relating to the flood of Noah`s day being literal as Jehovah`s Witnesses believe and already thrashed out here by the many posts previous.

I was wondering if this aspect has been considered that the waters would have had to cover over active volcanoes with what result ?

Their are a number of" active and resting" Volcanoes at any one time around the earth and I`m just wondering if anyone more knowledgeable than me about the subject would like to weigh in and give their 2 cents worth in what effect a global flood covering volcanoes would have ?

I am aware their are fissures in the deep oceans where volcanic activity occurs ,but is this the same ?

I'm not a geologist, but I imagine that there would be permanent evidence left behind if a major active volcano was submerged. All the volcano's on the earth that were active 4,000 years ago would show signs of the same event too.

Doesn't mention volcano's but mentions a fair amount on the geological impact of a "flood".

Not a geologist either, but doesn't this already prove that vulcanic activity IS possible under water? So, I'm curious to know if the effects actually ARE relevant to disproving the flood in any way.

Most volcanic activity occurs under water:

    https://oceanservice.noaa.gov/facts/volcanoes.html

Although most of the active volcanoes we see on land occur where plates collide, the greatest number of the Earth's volcanoes are hidden from view, occurring on the ocean floor along spreading ridges.

There's dozens if not hundreds of reasons why the "flood of Noah's day" could not have taken place; but nothing really related to "water flooding over active volcanoes".

Volcanoes often expel a lot of hot gases, Old faithful would have created steam bubbles 2500 BC.*

bubbles make hot gases visible in water,

The flood story is a lot of hot air, volcanoes makes that more evident. so:

look at the water, below it volcanoe,

above, a floating canoe, aka ark, made from wood, cedar perhaps, only bigger. something fishy about that story

Well of course the volcanoes would have kept ongoing bubbling up its molten lava while being covered over with water.

Smiddy with due respect, you have too much time on your hands.

yea 9000 meters of it 900 more atmospheric pressure added.

holding back the lave or providing a Heimlich* procedure?

    *secret or symbolic.

All the volcanoes being instantly covered with water caused so much steam, that the Ark become the first steamboat. Supposedly there were lots of casino games being run at this time, on the Ark, and Noahs sons wives would walk around in skimpy outfits, pushing free drinks on little trays.

They animals were very big gamblers at this time, too. Nobody liked playing cards with these 2 certain cats, they were cheetahs, and always ruined the games.

Ahh, those were the days of old. The great Volcanic, flood, steamboat Ark days of yonder. What a rich history we on Earth have.
