I don't view them as "weak" - I view them as teetering on the edge of Freedom. All they need is a little help.
But I've also run into elders and their wives out at lunch. And I run into lots of them at the grocery store in the evening - since the local hotels are close to us also.
What a great place to live for all this "informal witnessing"
