Simon doesn't care about that, Dis. That's why he's the #1 Evil Apostate.
The way that the UN destroyed the world's false religions.
Oh wait... that DIDN'T happen.
Still, it was pretty intense.

I guess the posts that moved me the most were.
Dansk's heartfelt sharing of a family being divided as they leave the J.W.s..
Winstons heartfelt sharing of all the issues surrounding his wife and journey to exit the J.W.'s.
I am also moved by the motivation of a true friend to her neighbour as she dives deeply into the J.W. teachings to try and get her neighbour out of it... that's you Bebu ( who isn't even a J.W. to begin with). It's amazing.
Of course, Shotgun.. remains a close one to my heart ..who demonstrates someone who tries like hell to find a way to release his wife from slavery to the Borg...His voracious reading of everything but J.W. books is inspiring.. I remember being like that when I first left the borg.. FREEDOM to Read...a great gift that most J.W.'s never have.
..I've only been on here since the beginning of July.. and it's not the ones who left mad, or insulted ones so badly that stick out in my mind..although I did find it all quite frustrating.
What sticks out in my mind is all the compassion that I read.. and how it moves me to think and write "compassionately" to others.
What stood out the most also, is that " Gee's, I'm free... I'm disfellowshipped and I managed to get away with my husband and kids (in tact).. I thought I had it so hard when I left..
but I have learned from reading these posts that...
Many here are so "LOCKED IN" because of family pressure. Their in hiding of the fact that inside they are not J.W.'s .. just followers of something they don't believe in anymore.. That must be harder than anything I can imagine..
What's stands out in my mind is for all these "in their mind - ex J.W.'s" .. this site has made them not so alone.
P.S.. Vicki Boer and her case was certainly inspiring..
sincerely
