The Canucks actually have 4 different uniforms. They have their home and away uniforms, their 3rd jerseys and their retro jerseys.

Can we include football? If so, here's my pick:

The Buffalo Bills white jersey is a disaster.

Here's my second pick:

The Atlanta Falcons new uniforms are pretty hideous - especially those whacko sleeves. The helmet is okay and an improvement, since the Falcon doesn't look like it's dead anymore.

Now, moving to Basketball:

This is the Houston Rockets new look, which is beyond ugly.

I mentioned the Cleveland Browns on another post. It must have taken some marketing person about 2 seconds to come up with that helmet design.

hey the Browns helmet is sacred to us in ne Ohio. We think it is one of the most beautifull sights in the world. Ohioans faught their arses off to keep the rights to the uniform when our team was ripped from us. GOD BLESS THE BROWNS!!!!!!!

What makes the Golden Seals the worst of all time was when they went to matching yellow skates. (As seen in a couple of your photos.)
