Do you ever miss JW's as an ex JW.

I miss certain relatives and friends. I can say I truly had some amazing and genuine friends as a witness. I have no hard feelings that they shun me now because I know it is the cult mentality. They are good people stuck in a difficult situation. Most are born ins - it is all they know. I live in an area that I often see old friends, some approach and say hi - some just give a sad smile.

I'm with Amelia Ashton. Honestly, not a single one.
They're becoming more and more inexcusable with the passing of time and availability of info against them. There is a smugness, self-righteousness, condescension, and goody-goodiness associated with being a JW.
