You should slowly replace each and every song with some almost silent subliminal thoughts about "something is not right with the Governing body" "trust your instincts" etc,..
Or I have also heard that a low level hum can make people have a nervous, uneasy feeling and want to get out.
It could be played for years before they could pick up on it.
