Just bought my very first music DVD from Tubular Bells.

It was double sided !! never seen such a thing before

Watching it was like (a bit) being there. It was the world premiere (they said) of Tubular Bells 2, live in Edenburgh and Horsegarden in London.

Once you have a dvd, you will not want to go back to using vhs tapes...that as been my experience with it....we now have 3 dvd players in the house, and about 120 dvds...It is mostly the kids and hubby that buys then though...I rent all mine...except for my classics...I have about 8 I think..

Hey Viv! my foster Mom (your Mom) is pretty cool .

Mike Oldfield has produced and collaborated with many musicians and projects over the past several decades.

If you remember the movie "The Exorcist", he produced the soundtrack to that movie.

So Mom's pretty hip afterall .

Chances are, Ozzie himself may have shaken Mike Oldfield's hand over the past few decades.

Country Woman, I'm sure the DVD was wonderful.

Cynicus, LOL I understood that Tubular Bells is on their 'forbidden' list.

Blondie: I agree DVD is easy to use, what I never saw before is a double sided DVD..... and this was my first MUSIC dvd.

Morton, I am collecting movies.....(especially from Disney)

Gadget your right: from Mike Oldfield.
I heard Tubular Bells for the first time 30 years ago I think..

Viv, that's a lack in your upbringing - it's just great music.
You're hereby invited to watch the DVD.
As for Ozzie Osbourne: save your money and buy it yourself (in 10 years maybe)

Ray, I was never "hip" but I was always fond of "good music"
