Lawless New York City now has nearly 800,000 non-citizen additional city residents eligible to vote.

But if you get rid of these residents (new Dem buzz word) who will pick all the crops in NYC ?????

I can feel safer now knowing that another min. wage worker is on his home. Now I finally get that fast food job that i have been dreaming about since childhood.
When you turn off the right wing right wing algorithm, illegal immigrants are statistically more unlikely to commit crimes than native born Americans.

    BS

I live in a town that received bus loads of "overflow migrants" from NYC after they declared a state of emergency. It's all fun and games being a "sanctuary city" until you actually have to take in "migrants". Then, sheer reality hits. NYC had to close city borders (oh the irony) and evict the oh-so-peaceful "migrants" into the rural countryside .

As they were bussed into our town, they took up residence in all of the town's hotels. The hotel owners received enough money from somewhere (still not sure) so that they didn't complain too much. That would change as time went by. We watched as our local low-income citizens were evicted from one of the hotels, acting as a mid-term shelter. I still don't know where some of these families went.

Soon after they emerged from their rooms - keeping in mind that they have nothing to do in this town. Local restaurants closed to the local population because they were being used to provide daily meals to the hotels, as the "migrants" just sat around on their phones (yes the migrants all seemed to have phones from somewhere).

They didn't speak the language. They couldn't work. They didn't want to work. What they liked to do is "peacefully" assemble in groups of 20 and 30 and literally go house-to-house "asking" for furniture, bicycles, and appliances. Then, they would drag it all back to the hotel where it was all disassembled and used for parts (to God knows what). The empty husks of whatever they took apart was left in a huge trash pile in the hotel parking lot. A day didn't go by that the "peaceful" "migrants", evicted from a "sactuary" city, didn't have cops at the hotel. Cars were getting broken into at night, some stolen. People purchased cameras and guess who was found looting through the neighborhoods at night? That's right - all the white people. J/k - but if you had your way with this BS propoganda, I guess one might think that was "more likely".

They were here for about 8 months total. I don't even want to go into the sheer havoc let loose on our school system while we attempted to give these poor "migrant" children some level of education. Two of the hotels were left is such poor condition that they were just demolished (empty lots now).

In other words, you can say all the BS you want. But when people see and experience the reality of it, it doesn't mean a damn thing.

I mean that Mr Trump himself has personally pardoned people who took part in criminal activities on Jan 6th 2021 . However because they were acting on his behalf that's OK.

The hypocrisy is breath taking. People are happy to turn a blind eye to that.

No disrespect, but you really haven't researched the Jan 6th fiasco sufficiently. Rather, you are relying on the "message" being given by the "left" and their media cohorts.

The use of the Presidential pardon as a pure political tool (and not just by Trump, but by many administrations) is another reminder that the power of that office needs to be drastically reined in. The problem is, each political party wants to right the ship only when they are not in power; as soon as the fortunes are reversed, so is the desire to see things work as originally intended. Trump is presently hard at work testing the limits of what he can do and what he can get away with. Does anyone think that the next Democrat administration will do anything other than follow that same course? Or that the GOP will then take over the role of Defenders of Democracy?

Without commenting on the bigger picture, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz is a violent offender who's been deported once already

--A very poor choice to champion, as felony assault is without question a crime.

"And we are talking about a staggering amount of illegal aliens that entered the country. Not just a handful. That could be ignored…. So, keep being in denial."

Yep. every damn saturday in my neighborhood, they arrive it swarms and start assaulting our hedges and lawns. We are terrified. They carry some type of scissors half as tall as a man. As a neighborhood, we've begun just letting them get it outta their system then paying them to leave quietly.

@jhine: the majority of Jan 6th convicted were not trespassing and not violent, some were old grandmas that just were there to protest, one person wasn’t even there and got arrested and put in prison. The FBI under Biden simply scraped all cell phone signals in the area and charged everyone, there was no change of venue allowed, most didn’t get a proper trial (evidence was not allowed to be entered on the defendants behalf) if they got a trial at all and the Obama appointed judge refused to set bail to forcing many to settle with a guilty plea - those that didn’t sat in jail longer than their sentence would’ve been, in the cases where the government didn’t get its way, they then went what they call venue shopping, basically, retrying aspects of the case or finding new charges in different courts until they found a Democrat judge willing to bring the hammer down.

By the time Trump came to office, the majority of the cases were still pending, some still sat in pre-trial detention, that is illegal, by virtue of the way the process was handled, the majority had already been decided by the Supreme Court were improperly handled and defendants should be let go, the Biden admin ignored that order.

So for the MAJORITY of cases SCOTUS decided that their methods were IMPROPER and by virtue of that should not be charged, yet the Biden admin CONVICTED them anyway or where they already served the sentence, refused to PARDON them. That is why they were pardoned, because Biden’s DOJ should’ve done it by order of SCOTUS and didn’t, because pardoning or stopping the persecution of Jan 6th defendants in the middle of an election campaign would’ve really hurt Democrats.

Protest is still legal, even overthrowing the government is legal. There was a small minority of people that were violent, they were convicted and not pardoned.

And on topic: illegal immigrants are responsible for more crime, any crime they commit, whether violent or non-violent is a crime they wouldn’t have committed if they weren’t here. So by definition, any crime they commit would’ve increased the stats on the total number of criminal elements in society. Most of the talking points about this come from a single blog article a few years ago where someone claims that reported crime is down, we have more illegals immigrants, therefore more immigrants equals less crime. It’s a stupid comparison.

Compared to the rest of the world, the US is one of the largest importers of both legal and illegal immigrants (both absolutely as well as relative to the total population). Europe has a ‘problem’ when a few thousand a year enters their country illegally, yet the US has taken in to the tune of 20M people, almost 8% of the total US population under Biden alone, about 2M people in Texas alone are currently illegal, imagine 2M of France’s population being illegal (it currently is estimated to be an order of magnitude lower and they are in perpetual ‘crisis’).

So how much do illegals actually contribute to crime: almost 2/3 of federal crime arrests currently involve illegals immigrants. In April of 2023 alone, there were over 300,000 police encounters with illegal immigrants, and again, they makeup about about half the population share of African Americans, imagine police arresting 600k African Americans per month, there would be riots. And this is not just about legal residents, in 2023 850 illegals were killed by the gangs they paid to transport them, statistically that is 5% of all US murders just happening at the border by illegal immigrant gang members, again, proportionally way out of whack with their population.

    ANONY MOUS:

Thanks for telling it like it is about January 6 and the illegal immigration issue and the actual numbers coming into the U.S. - compared to European countries. I’d like to see all of them (and any other critics) deal with something like this!!

Sadly, too many people just won’t care and will still believe what they want!!!
