Glad to hear you made it home all right...it is so stressful when they are asking so many questions....I bet you will bring your ID next time....They must of thought you were crazy traveling so far to meet complete strangers....I am sure they have heard stories before but a xjw meet up? I am sure they will had that one to the list...lol...Nice meeting up with ya....will have more time to mingle next time i hope at the camping meet up........it was so cramped into 2 days....my hats off to ya for coming at such short notice and for staying such a such a short time..I know Vicki was very touched at your thought of coming for this lengh of time........nice meeting you.......And yes I am cutting my hair,but going to keep it all one length though....so I will still be able to be that lion for halloween...lol..that was a great idea....suits me as well that I am a Leo to.....

Reading your posts, and meeting you - you are truly one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I hope you are successful in your mission - and who knows, we might get to meet the wife soon!

I had a great time everyone. Really great meeting everyone for the first time and putting faces to the names. I wish I could have made it for Saturday, next time. I usually am more livley than I was, but in all honesty that first phone call I recieved was a real BIG one and it just got the best of me for the rest of the day. So my apolgies for that. Next time I will leave my cell phone at home. Other than that you are a great bunch of people who I look forward to getting to know better in the future.

It creates a very unique bond" He pushed all of my papers across the counter toward me along with my ID and said, "Well Ms. Griffin because you are NO LONGER one of Jehovah's Witnesses and you got OUT, you're going home today! In the future; I assure you that you will not be allowed into the States unless you have one of the two forms of identity REQUIRED!! Stay away from them JW's and don't go back!! Have a great flight home."

Well, it's been a week now, and I am experiencing acute "Fest Withdrawal Syndrome". I'm sitting in front of the computer reminiscing over last weekend, enjoying some CC Classic. Just finished off the beer from Brother Beans, and I have to say that the Rauchbier ROCKS!!! Where do I get more??? Just polished off the last of the Ketchup Doritos too (sorry Aztec) and am thinking of another meetup. Already!!!

I?m off work from Dec. 20 to Jan 4. Anyone interested in some kind of meetup around that time?
