Real friends are very rare.... have had a few over the years, some moved, some changed. I do have friends still, but they are all very far away.

I do not consider people I hang out with to be friends... know what I mean?

    Hi Blondie,

I have one! I didn't deserve him nor do I always act friendly back. He is always constant and loving. I admire him and respect him deeply. I wish that I was more like him. He is caring and compassionate, loyal and tender hearted. He is extremely understanding and overlooks my many shortcomings. His smile is warm and genuine and his tender care for me is so unmerited. I have kicked him with my mouth and cut him to the heart but he keeps giving me his love anyway. He prays for me when I don't feel well and takes over my responsiblities. He is the best friend and person that I have ever known on this earth. His prayers get answers too. I am so grateful to see the love of Christ in my husband's eyes. I am so blessed to be his wife. love, dj

Blondie, a friend 'respects' your privacy. As one poster said, friends are rare.

Yes, my hubbie is my best friend too, dj, and that doesn't always happen too. It takes time and sharing and trust to make a real friend..
