@neat blue dog - Saint Agur blue creme is great.

I haven't bought it recently because it's a bit on the expensive side.

It works as a dip for things like celery and as a spread.

I like to spread it on matzos. Matzos are Jewish crackers/unleavened bread that have little to no taste. The taste of Saint Agur is enough!

Saint Agur has another version that's like a normal blue cheese in consistency. It's ok but I recommend the creme version.

I also like Feta cheese and strong cheddar.

Feta is white and tastes quite salty. It goes well with Greek salads - olives, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, etc.

Yes I am a big feta fan. Speaking of which, no matter what cheese it is I prefer it cold (as opposed to melted, which is perfectly fine). Seems to have better flavor that way, I don't know.

Ever have cheese curds? the squeak when you eat them, the squeakier the better they are! A Wisconsinite here, cheese is like air, gotta have it.

Couldn't resist the old JW joke:

Eat too much cheese you'll be like the devil, bound for a thousand years.

Freedom rocks: boursin - yes, I forgot about Boursin!

    It tastes garlic-y, it's gorgeous!

    Another one to be recommended.

I could be vegetarian, but never vegan for those 3 reasons. And butter.

Boursin is good but easily made at home. Just Google copycat Boursin cheese recipe.

neat blue dog last month I harvest 800 bulbs of heirloom Italian garlic from my garden. This Oct. I will plant about 1000 cloves. My garlic is the way garlic should taste. None of that tasteless garlic you get at the store. Still Totally ADD
