It's usually "shop talk" as a result of poor planning.
"Did you know you have Talk #4?"
"Do you have that letter from the Society that we are supposed to read to the Cong?"
"Are we having another elders meeting after the meeting?"
All stuff that makes them feel important. They are all Big Fish in a Little Pond.
