I've already scoured the library for hours and hours for books on turning lead into gold. Ya know what?? Can't be done. Seriously.

Well, the sales manager called me back. She said we could have there meeting room, 650 sq foot for $45 a day. ...I'm not good with all that and I don't know if it would be big enough, but it could be a place where we congregated and hung out, instead being in one or two crowded rooms. She also said we could have stuff catered if wanted and that they serve a breakfast buffet on the weekends now. So, if any of you are up for it I would like to start gathering a count of how many people would like to come so I can tell her to reserve a block of rooms or just have individuals call. It would be fun to maybe have a gathering there for lunch on Saturday and then we could go out somehwere for a nice dinner that night. Just thinking an planning here, so please do let me know if you are interested.

Sorry to hear that Slippy. But I can really understand about finances. We're scraping our pennies together for the Florida trip. Not sure if we can really afford it, but we're going anyway. Thinking like that is probably what has gotten us in the shape we're in!
