Now, now, noidea, don't give up on us that fast! First, let me get the Florida 'Fest under my belt and then I'll bug our District Overbeer about arrangements and we'll get something set up. Actually, we're kind of waiting for eyebrow2 to get her bad self down here and get settled first!

Or even Houston might be fun! There's lots to do in them thar big cities! Even with them handsome cowboys wearin plaid dresses! Not confirmed yet, but I may be attending a conference in Dallas (Irving - Omni Mandalay Hotel) October 25-29.
I know y'all got your calenders marked for the Pagan Hallo's Eve fest in Florida the following weekend, but I was curious if anyone was going to be around, if I am in "town"

Cool beans. Would you like to try some real Tex-Mex food? I know some good places, one (Ojeda's) is near downtown Dallas which isn't too far from Irving. It wouldn't be like a big 'fest but maybe a few of us could get together and give you a big Texas howdy.

Sorry I missed this thread! It would be cool in November to have an Apostafest. Perhaps the second weekend of November? I've got a call in to the sales manager of the Bradford and am awaiting a call back. If we give it a month or so to let everyone plan then the possibility of having more of you fine folks come down and see us is greater. So many Apostafests...so little time..*LOL* You know I'm up for helping organize, play consierge, whatever it takes to get you filthy Apostates to Big D.
xjw..it would be great to meet...If I'm in town maybe we can all meet and grub on some yummy tex-mex.
cruzan..I'll let you know what the Bradford person tells me. We could also eat at Baby Does which is right there byt the hotel...a novelty and fairly good food. Whatcha think?

Do we want to schedule anything so close to Steve and Joy's shindig? That's the first weekend in November. Not to question the wisdom of the Beloved District Overbeer, but I just thought I mention it.
We could shoot for something Thanksgiving weekend. Most folks would be off.

I know Big T...either way we're stepping on toes two weeks before of after the Floridian gathering, which I know will be great. What about 1st or 2nd weekend of December? TKSGVNG will be over and XMAs won't quite be here yet...We could have a hell of an XMAS party. I know its a long way, but we may have to if we wanna plan at all and do it up right like we did last time.
