Not really but thinking back on it. everybody is all hyocritical, it is to quote Catcher in the Rye:"Full of phonies".There is is truly lack of individuality, everybody is all robot like.Afraid to loosen up people are uptight. That is not healthy for anybody especially for children.

some of the meanest things ever said to me was when i was at Bethel.

but there were plenty of other times too.

    but we're all imperfect.

the excuse that covers all behavior and allows it to continue.

    Well...this wasn't said, rather done.

My Mother had a dear sister bang her on the head deliberately with her handbag at an assembly. The sister was going past in front of her (and the others seated there) and "accidently deliberately" let her bag hit my mother on the head. My mother said she thought she imagined it - but another sister from our congregation who witnessed the incident said to her later "I cannot believe a sister would do that (referring to the handbag incident)". I cant remember the rest of the story, ie if something happened that made the sister annoyed or angry... but it was a really weird thing to happen at an assembly.
