Nobody was charged with insurrection, because it didn't happen, it was a simple protest, much calmer than the protests against federal buildings, or the occupation of the capitol last summer. Don't you think if there was evidence, these people would've been charged by now?
Another thing to consider is the probable FBI involvement as provocateurs during the January 6th protest. No one who attended in person and no one who watched it live, via coverage by non-Mainstream Media sources, would call it an insurrection by any stretch of the imagination.
If you can call BLM and Antifa riots “Mostly Peaceful” then January 6th was mostly peaceful x 100. The ratio of peaceful attendees versus those who caused violence and committed vandalism and trespassing was extremely high. You simply were not allowed to see the event in its entirety. You were allowed to see what the Mainstream Media wanted you to see.
