Sadly, Adam, you are probably right.
Keep in mind, however, that such statements by the Supreme Court are based entirely upon their own inerpretation of the Constitution.
As long as this country is in the grasp of a president who panders to the religious right-wing, such interpretation will never change, and we will continue to see gay youth needlessly persecuted by their peers.
