    Make sure you get good brie, squeeze it to make sure it's kind of soft and gives, it should also say triple creme for best flavor (forget about calories, lol).

    If you see St. Andre, get that, it's expensive, but worth it. It's fantastic stuff.

    Hey Little Witch.

    Well, everyone has posted enough info on the matter, but just an addition.

    With Brie, I have heated it somewhat (not hot) and then placed a small bowl of high quality jam to eat with the Brie and cracker/bread. It's awesome!

    If you see any Australian Lindeman's wine, it's a good bet.

    If you see any Canadian wine: Pelee Island Wines, go4it (another time).
