Do you have any non-JW relatives who know you reasonably well?
Odds are at least some of them - once they hear of your predicament - will help out / take you in / whatever.

@berrygerry Wow all of the qualities they associate with a high control group/cult match up with JW-world exactly! And I think I've felt many of the effects that they list too...I've always thought it seemed..idk, weak to go to see a therapist..I suppose that comes from the idea that "the society" and "Jehovah" is all that you need to cope with your problems lol...but I think it would actually be a good idea to do so & I'll have to look into getting that book to.
